Jordan Spieth beat Patrick Cantlay to the finish line and captured his 13th career PGA Tour title on Sunday at the RBC Heritage Open.

Spieth’s victory was made official when Cantlay missed a long par putt on the first overtime hole of this tournament held at Hilton Head, South Carolina.
Spieth went 66 in the final round, hitting the white object twice less than Cantlay. The two American golfers posted a cumulative score of 271 (-13) after the regulation 72 holes.
They were, however, far from alone at the top of the standings. No less than seven athletes were only one stroke behind the pair, including the Australian Cam Davis, who had the best round of the day (63).
Tommy Fleetwood and Erik van Rooyen also battled to the end, tied for 10th at -11.
More Conners
Canadian Corey Conners (69) had another inspired performance finishing 275 (-9) in 12th place. He was the top Canadian, two strokes ahead of his compatriot Adam Svensson (71). Roger Sloan (73) meanwhile had his worst round of the weekend, claiming a cumulative 284 (N) good for the 59th rung.
Conners finished sixth at the Masters, third at the Dell Technologies World Golf Championship and 11th at the Arnold Palmer Invitational recently.
Nick Taylor, Mackenzie Hughes and Michael Gligic weren’t able to avoid the cut after the first two rounds.
