For a cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz (65 ml) tequila (suggestion: Patron Silver)
1 oz (32.5 ml) Cointreau
1 oz (32.5 ml) homemade citrus juice (mixture of lime juice, lemon juice and a little grapefruit juice)
1 oz (32.5 ml) passion fruit syrup
Old Bay spice blend for the rim of the glass
1 to 2 sliced ​​jalapenos
1 edible flower (optional)

Preparation

1. Squeeze a little lemon around the rim of a glass like rockglassthen add the Old Bay spice mix to this surface.

2. Pour into a shaker ice, tequila, Cointreau, citrus juice, passion fruit syrup and three slices of jalapenos. Close it shaker and mix well for about ten seconds.

3. Pour the contents of the shaker in the glass filled with ice. Garnish the glass with a slice of jalapeno and an edible flower.

4. Serve!
