A canine unit has been deployed to try to find the suspects. These have not been found. A large security perimeter has also been erected until 3 a.m. Sunday morning.
A forensic identification specialist from the SPVM analyzed the scene. The damage caused to the vehicles is significant. A replica weapon was found near the offending vehicle. The SPVM does not know if it belonged to the suspects.
“We still haven’t found any injuries and no one has gone to the hospital in connection with this case,” said SPVM spokeswoman Véronique Dubuc.
The investigation is continuing.
