Mimizan’s pastry chef Amandine Lapouge, Amand’In Cakes, specializing in designer cakes, could not resist the call of Saint-Patrick’s Day, which is fast approaching. Always looking for great local products for her beautiful and good special cakes, Amandine has partnered with the Brasserie Naturelle des Landes de Lit-et-Mixe and its brewer Idesbald Linossier. And to work this organic Landaise beer into her cakes Amandine had to choose from all the colors and “flavours” of BNL and it’s on the stout that she has set her sights.
