Sparkling evenings at the Cloitre des Cordeliers in St Emilion

The Cloître des Cordeliers, offers after heavy work, a new shop and a magnificent reception room overlooking the gardens, tuk-tuk tours and other tastings. Stanislas, before arriving at the Cloître, was a DJ and wanted to literally bring the place back to life. Since summer 2021, free Dj Sets have been organized from May to October, alternating with music group concerts. In the same spirit, that during the day, picnic baskets are offered in the evening and of course, what has made the charm of the place for a few years now, is your bottle of sparkling wine that you buy at the entrance to the shop, served with flutes in a wooden winegrower’s basket. and you will be able to pop the cork wherever you want throughout the cloister garden. A way of being able to claim part of this extraordinary heritage.

Guillaume Seigue: Whether it’s day or night, go there, if only for the beauty of the place and hear at any time of the afternoon, corks of sparkling wine popping all over the gardens .

A great initiative to give new life to historic places. A bubble of pleasure and relaxation in an exceptional heritage site.
