Spanish teacher fatally stabbed

A Spanish teacher was stabbed in the middle of class in Saint-Jean-de-Luz (Pyrénées-Atlantiques), Wednesday February 22. “For the moment, we do not yet know much about the details of this tragedy, which occurred in this college and high school in the center of Saint-Jean-de-Luz”reports Allande Boutin, in duplex for France Télévisions. “Parents came to pick up middle school and high school students. These children and young people were confined to their classes after the tragedy. They came out little by little, from noon”adds the journalist.

The death of the teacher has been confirmed “at the end of the morning following the stabbing that took place in the middle of class, in his Spanish class this morning”, says Allande Boutin. The arrival of the Minister of National Education is imminent, “to also support the teaching community. The prefect of Pyrénées-Atlantiques must also give a press conference in the afternoon precisely to give as much information as possible and details on this tragedy which has occurred here, in this private establishment on the Basque coast”says Allande Boutin.
