Two police officers from the Guardia Civil did not hesitate to dive into the icy waters of a pond in Badaguás (Spain), in the middle of the week, in order to come to the aid of a dog. With the help of a stick, they were able to reach the animal which was blocked by the ice, 10 meters from the shore.
The golden retriever had lost company to its owner during a walk by the water. The ice then did not support the dog’s weight.
