Thursday, September 28, a 14-year-old Spanish schoolboy stabbed three teachers and two students on the grounds of his school.
In Jerez from the Frontera (Spain)in front of the gates of the school cordoned off by the police, worried parents wait for news of their children. Some are starting to leave the yard. They are comforted by their loved ones. These teenagers are still in shock. One of their classmates, armed with two knives, stabbed three teachers and two students at this college in southern Spain.
A teacher in serious condition
“The alleged perpetrator is 14 years old and can be charged. (…) He is currently detained at the Jerez police station and will be made available to the juvenile prosecutor as soon as the procedure is completed.”says Adrian Deominguezthe spokesperson for the Jerez National Police. The events took place shortly after classes started. The schoolboy stabbed five people before teachers managed to subdue him. According to Spanish media, a teacher is in serious condition. The other victims are said to be slightly injured.
