Essential services will be maintained despite the 24-hour strike by the staff of the SOS violence conjugale organization on Saturday, ruled the Administrative Labor Tribunal (TAT).
In anticipation of this walkout, which will be triggered on Saturday at midnight, the TAT ruled on Wednesday on the services provided for in the agreement concluded between the two parties on June 30.
During the strike, employees will continue to perform duties related to the 24-hour crisis line services and the emergency financial assistance service.
A single employee will be mobilized to provide these services during normal working hours, according to the Court’s decision.
In the event of difficulties in the application of essential services, they must discuss them together in order to find a solution, otherwise they must go to court.
