Some had even taken the town hall to court when it had abandoned its rehabilitation project, deemed too expensive because of the Gallo-Roman remains discovered on the spot, vestiges which will prevent any new construction today: ” It would be necessary to dig to build an extension and the presence of these vestiges would complicate the site too much, and would delay it enormously “ explains Bruno Fouchet, vice-president of Bourges Plus. ” We chose to locate the community hotel here to energize the downtown area. It’s a building we didn’t want to miss. He is very healthy. This will allow us to gather some of our agents. We will abandon our offices in Lahitolle and Prado. “
