“I drank at all times. I was happy, I was drinking; I was unhappy, I was drinking; I put on a good show, I drank; a bad show, I was drinking. It was too much “, explained Gad Elmaleh to our colleagues to justify the reason why he had stopped this habit last August.
If the comedian feels better today, it is not only because alcohol is no longer part of his life. And for good reason, during this same interview, the actor also confided in his spirituality. Offering himself theological courses and spiritual retreats whenever he can, Gad Elmaleh indicated that “the hypothesis of God [le] makes you happy”.
