“It’s late, I know but it’s really my thing, to remind people to find out why they no longer come, to understand their problem and today finally I was able to take time to discuss and know the progress of their case.
Tomorrow at La Balme, a woman called me to make sure that I could register her, and I could discuss with the other beneficiaries, many difficult cases but I am completely listening.
