SOFT HAZELNUTS / CHESTNUTS in COMPANY

A very simple recipe for a sweet to taste with a surprising and fragrant drink …

Per person :

3 tablespoons of shelled hazelnuts

¼ of an apple, peeled and grated with the small side of the grater

2 tablespoons of chestnut cream

2 squares of dark chocolate for baking + ½ tsp of liquid coffee

A few whole shelled hazelnuts for the decoration

For the company, 1 tbsp of shelled hazelnuts or 1 glass of milk

1 tbsp of chestnut cream

Grind the hazelnuts and put them in a saucepan with the apple, mix and cook for 5 min. extinguish, add 1 tbsp of chestnut cream, mix then distribute in a circle or a jar, packing well. On top, distribute the rest of the chestnut cream evenly. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate with the coffee. Mix well until a homogeneous paste is obtained then distribute it over the cream, distribute with the hazelnuts provided for the decoration.

For the company, grind the hazelnuts, soak them in 20 cl of lukewarm water in a jar for 10 minutes then mix until you obtain a vegetable drink. Add the chestnut cream and mix again, Pour into a glass and propose with the softness. Nice cuisine to all, Régine
