The first snowy episode of winter continues in Côte-d’Or. Like this Saturday, flakes sprinkled some parts on the heights of the department, with 2 to 3 centimeters of snow read for example at Saint-Seine-l’Abbaye north-west of Dijon, on the RD971 towards Darois.
Snow-covered roads in the north-west and south of the department
Salting and snow removal operations were thus carried out on most of the departmental roads in the north-west of the Côte d’Or. Were concerned: the sectors of Auxois, of Saint-Seine-l’Abbaye, from Sombernon.

According to Météo-France, low snowfall are expected for the rest of the day on Sunday, from an altitude of 300-400 meters. The department of Côte-d’Or remains vigilant yellow snow and ice. Same situation in Saône-et-Loire.
When driving, remain vigilant and careful: the Côte-d’Or Departmental Council asks you to give priority to winter service vehicles clearing snow.
