Montreal will trigger a new snow loading operation on Sunday, the third since the start of winter.

Mayor Valérie Plante made the announcement Friday morning on social media.
“Following significant accumulations, a snow loading operation will be triggered from 7 a.m. Sunday morning in Montreal,” she said. “Thank you for your collaboration and be careful in your travels! »
Ten centimeters of snow have fallen on Montreal since Thursday. Environment Canada predicts an additional accumulation of 5 centimeters by Sunday.
