On May 11, 2024, Slimane will represent France at the Eurovision 2024 contest, in Malmö (Sweden). As is tradition, candidates from each country must perform on several stages in Europe in order to introduce their songs to European audiences. Just before he goes on stage in front of 6,000 people to perform his song “My love”the singer confided in the newspaper 20 minutes. The opportunity for him to reveal how he prepares for the competition.
“I’m preparing psychologically, of course. I’m trying to project myself, with good energy, that’s important. I’m on tour, I’ve done TV performances in Croatia, Italy, Belgium… I would say that the preparation started when my candidacy was announced. I’m not doing anything special at the moment because the final is in a month.” he explained.
Slimane makes revelations behind the scenes of Eurovision 2024

Slimane reveals he is heartbroken

And Slimane concludes about the malicious comments made against him: “From the beginning, I’ve been thinking about being proud of myself.
