Miniburgers
4 mini naan breads (35 g)
⅓ merguez sausage, cooked, halved (25 g)
1 Boston lettuce leaf, halved (8 g)

Sauce
Light sour cream (10 ml)
½ tsp. yellow mustard (2.5 ml)
½ tsp. 1/2 tsp sambal oelek (2.5 ml)

Mix the ingredients. Spread the naan breads with sauce. Using a toothpick, hold the piece of sausage and the lettuce leaf between 2 buns, so as to obtain 2 sliders.

Sides
3 baby peppers (85 g)
5 green beans, cut in thirds (60 g)
Unsalted roasted sunflower seeds (30 ml, 6 g, 2 tbsp)
6 sour cream and onion brown rice chips (10 g)
4 cherry tomatoes (34g)

Little sweetness
2 squares of dark chocolate (20 g)

Raspberry sparkling water
5 raspberries (10g)
Sparkling water (250 ml, 1 cup)

Mash the raspberries with a fork and mix them with the water.

Hubert’s advice
The sambal oelek adds a remarkable spicy note to this recipe. We don’t all have the same tolerance to spicy foods though, but it is said that if we eat them frequently, we could develop some form of desensitization.
