The gendarmes of Mayenne had a lot of work this weekend, they checked many motorists in a state of intoxication or under the influence of narcotics. Six driver’s licenses were withdrawn.
90 offenses noted
Beyond these license suspensions, 90 violations related to non-compliance with the highway code were noted this weekend: speeding, alcohol level covered by the fine, use of the telephone while driving, crossing a continuous line.
The Mayenne gendarmes specify that the controls will continue all summer and that they will be reinforced during the weekend of crossover between Julytists and Augustians.
