In Bordeaux, a motorist drove into the crowd during a wild car race on the evening of Friday April 14. Six people were injured, two of them seriously.

A driver who loses control of his vehicle at full speed, and mows down several people on the side of the road. It is 11 p.m., on the evening of Friday April 14, in a commercial area located on the outskirts of Bordeaux (Gironde). An illegal rodeo contest is organized in front of a large audience at the edge of the bends. After several passages of different vehicles, a 32-year-old motorist misses his turn, and violently hits many spectators.

Six injured

“The driver of the vehicle fled but was pursued by witnesses who ended up blocking him, he was arrested along with three other passengers by the police services requested by the spectators”, said the public prosecutor of Bordeaux. A total of six people were injured, two of them seriously, particularly in the legs and hip.
