The evening turned tragic in Yaoundé. While Cameroon painfully eliminated Comoros in the round of 16 of CAN 2022 in an incredible match (2-1), a crowd movement near the stadium led to the death of at least six people, according to information from the Associated Press (AP) agency, qui quotes the governor of the central region of Cameroon, Naseri Paul Biya. On the directives of the President of CAF, Dr Patrice Motsepe, the Secretary General, Veron Mosengo-Omba visited the supporters at the hospital in Yaoundé.
