Ten years later, the 35-year-old English singer still seems subject to some health problems. This Tuesday, October 17, 2023, the English press reveals that James Arthur was rushed to hospital, in “agony”, just after the Mirror’s Pride of Britain Awards ceremony which was held last week.
The former X Factor candidate performed his new single called Just Us during the evening but had to leave the ceremony in a hurry due to severe pain in his kidneys. The singer himself explained that the pain started just before he reached the red carpet and that it got worse as the evening went on, so much so that he ended up rolling on the floor in his lodges because of suffering.
James Arthur then provided an update on his condition: “They did a scan, found a kidney stone. I’m having surgery to remove it tomorrow”. Enough to temporarily reassure the singer’s fans.
