The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, accuses the actress and her romantic partner, entertainer Illma Gore, of fabricating malicious charges against Marilyn Manson, including impersonating an FBI agent to incite “potential accusers to emerge simultaneously with allegations of rape and assault”.
The two women are accused of providing the accusers “lists and scripts” and do “false statements to potential accusers” as part of a project that “could benefit them both”.
Marilyn Manson is asking for a jury trial to put an end to these allegations and assess the damages owed to her. His lawyers assure in the complaint that Illma Gore hacked into his computers, telephone, email and other accounts on social networks and qualify these actions “invasive, harassing, defamatory and harmful”.
Marilyn Manson posted her complaint on Twitter commenting: “The time will come when I can share more about the events of the past year. Until then, I will let the facts speak for themselves”.

Evan Rachel Wood made public his accusations in January, denied by the singer, in the HBO documentary Phoenix Risingpresented at the Sundance Film Festival and due to air in mid-March.
She accused the singer of raping her while taking advantage of the 2007 filming of the music video for Heart Shaped Glasses, one of the hits of Marilyn Manson, who was then his companion. The actress had started dating him in 2006, when she was 18 and he was 37.
Marilyn Manson, now 53 years old and real name Brian Warner, is accused by several women including actress Esmé Bianco (Game Of Thrones) of rape and other assaults, which he denies. Los Angeles police confirmed last year that they had opened an investigation into domestic violence charges against the singer, relating to acts committed between 2009 and 2011.
Marilyn Manson has created an eerie, gothic-inspired public persona in make-up, wearing two different lenses, with jet-black hair. Its very name is inspired by the actress Marilyn Monroe and the bloodthirsty guru Charles Manson, who caused the murder of actress Sharon Tate.
His record label Loma Vista Recordings and his talent agency CAA both severed relations with the singer following the accusations against him. However, he continues to record titles and appears in particular on the album donda released last year by Kanye West.
