This week we are literally at the antipodes of France, and as the English say, we are “down under”, in other words “below”, we are in Australia.
This is where Simon, a Cherbourgeois, has been living for two years now, who immediately wanted to travel as soon as he finished his studies. He first crisscrossed Europe, then Asia, when he wanted to move up a gear. He obtained a “working holiday visa”, a Visa-Vacances-Travail which gives the possibility to young French people to go to Australia, to discover the country and its culture, but also to work there.
