The Chenin Blanc is amiable with this perfectly textured “tender dry” which already delivers, on the palate, a generous, accomplished and particularly satiating fruitiness. The balances are precise, here combining sweetness with fine acidity and bitterness with more saline notes. My partner enhanced it even more with a red shrimp curry. (5)
