Mount Olympus

Since 1999, Albéric and Marie-Ange Domelier have based the success of the Le Mont-Olympe bakery-pastry-chocolate factory on the quality, origin and respect of the selected materials, as well as the transmission of artisanal know-how.

It is with generosity and refinement that are made daily: Organic breads, fine pastries, confectionery, Carré Du Monde® chocolate creations and Ardennes specialties such as:

  • Carolo
  • L’Ardoisier: This blue cake is an original creation by Albéric Domelier. It has made its place in the hearts of the Ardennes and also arouses the curiosity of colleagues, but its original recipe has not yet been cracked.
  • The sugar galette, the calf cake, the white pudding pie. (Presented on M6 in “The Best Bakery in France”)
  • Slates, Chocolate Le Rimbaud

Mont-Olympe also invites chocolate lovers to enjoy Carré Du Monde® chocolate creations. An initiative of Fabien Domelier, the first artisan creator of “bean-to-bar*” chocolate in the Ardennes.

And our animator will continue his journey in theSummer Happy Hourfrom 4 p.m.!
