Side Flavors on France Bleu Champagne-Ardenne

Throughout the summer, France Bleu Champagne-Ardenne sends its entertainers to explore the territory of Champagne in order to help listeners (re)discover it and so that they can plan future tourist activities.

This morning, we find Nicolas Schmitt at the Château de la Cassine guided by Quentin through the volunteers to tell us about the famous bacon salad, a typical Ardennes recipe. You can dine in the chapel, grand banquet style
