Throughout the summer, France Bleu Champagne-Ardenne sends its entertainers to explore the territory of Champagne in order to help listeners (re)discover it so that they can plan future tourist activities.

This morning, Sébastien Gitton decided to stay at Colombey-les-Deux-Eglises in order to discover the hotel restaurant the mountain.

Our host went to meet chef Jean-Baptiste Natali, who told him about his background and his desire to develop this prestigious establishment. Together, they visited the place. Chef Natali only makes beautiful and good, from seasonal and local products.
