Side Flavors live from the Book on the Square with Daniel Picouly

A somewhat special program, “Côté Saveurs”, live from Le Livre on the Place à Nancy, the big literary event of the new school year. We obviously talk about cooking in the company of chef Philippe Laruelle, but it is also an opportunity to receive Daniel Picouly who wrote “The tears of wine”, an autobiographical book, with the breadcrumb trail, wine. Stories and anecdotes, from his birth to today, where wine has interfered in his life and those of his loved ones. He talks about it with a lot of humor.

Pierre Pelot is well known to residents of Lorraine and regulars at Le Livre sur la Place. He was born in the Vosges and has more than 200 works to his credit!
