(Toronto) Pascal Siakam scored 23 points and the Toronto Raptors dominated the Detroit Pistons 142-113 on Sunday.
The Raptors’ 142 points are a team-high this season, while their 44 assists are a record in club history. Their last two marks were 130 points, in the 130-111 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on 1er November, and 40 assists, in 2019 against the Charlotte Hornets.
“Today was one of those games where the ball was going perfectly for us,” Raptors player Jakob Poeltl said. Everyone passed the ball to each other and moved well. You create easy shot opportunities this way. »
The Pistons lost an 11e game in a row, they now have a record of 2-12. The Pistons, who have the worst record in the league, haven’t won since October 28.

The Raptors ended a two-game losing streak and finished a four-game home streak with two wins.
The Toronto team extended its streak of games with at least 25 assists to nine, one shy of the team record, achieved in January 2020.
No less than six Raptors players had at least one assist in the first quarter, as the team had one on 12 of its 14 baskets in the quarter.
OG Anunoby was back in the Raptors lineup and scored nine points in 27 minutes.
Scottie Barnes and Denis Schroder each added 17 points for the Raptors.
Stanley Umude had 19 points for the Pistons, while Cunningham scored 18.
The Raptors led 32-20 after one quarter, 69-45 at halftime and 104-72 at the end of the third quarter.
