Yannick Noah in Arthur’s viewfinder

As a reminder, the Franco-Cameroonian singer recently spoke about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Unfortunately, the artist was singled out following a publication deemed “too evasive”. “And now the hospitals”,he posted the day after an attack targeting the Al-Alhi hospital in Gaza… to the great dismay of Arthur who did not fail to intervene.

“Hello Yannick Noah, there is a sentence missing in your text: ‘Now the hospitals are bombed by TERRORISTS’. That will avoid adding fuel to the fire”.

A few days later it was a number “false” that the former tennis player revealed on the networks. Yet another blunder which sparked strong reactions. “Hello Yannick Noah, a little effort and you will succeed: in your figures, 1,400 people are missing, burned, raped, decapitated, throats cut, dismembered, and murdered by the terrorists. Including 35 French people dead and 9 missing”had launched the host on the set of On Friday, everything is allowed. And to continue: “You can have as much empathy for a Jewish baby as for a Palestinian baby. That’s my case. And you?”

Ambiguous positions”

For his part, Jean-Claude Camus seems to think that his ex-son-in-law should keep a low profile. “I believe that he often takes unexpected and complicated positions. Johnny and Sardou could say what they wanted, we forgave them everything. Yannick, we forgive him nothing”he told Jordan De Luxe.

“His penultimate single was against the National Front, he lost 30% of his clientele and now with the history of Israel where he took ambiguous positions, poorly understood because he is anything but racist, here again we come upon him. He can’t help but say what he thinks. It’s unfortunate because he’s a boy who has tremendous talent, who is excessively kind, who makes a very crazy with his works… I hope that he will release a strong album and that he will come back in force”, he added before addressing Yannick Noah directly: “Fshut up and sing”. The message is clear !
