Shots were fired from long guns by two men on scooters, Saturday October 12 in the morning, near Place Saint-Bruno in Grenoble (Isère), where a market is being held, France Télévisions learned from police source, confirming information from Dauphiné released. No injuries were reported. Shell casings were found, but no bullet impact was noted, the same source said. The shots were apparently fired into the air, possibly in an attempt to intimidate.

Thursday and Friday, seven people were arrested and then brought before the investigating magistrate. After their indictment for “drug trafficking”, “cigarette trafficking” and “criminal conspiracy”, the suspects were incarcerated or placed under judicial supervision.
