Among the producers, there is Mehdi at the Saint Juan farm who has played the diversification card by producing milk in Comté, by launching an open-air pig farm, by growing cereals for his cattle and part market gardening ! All this on 80 hectares and on direct sale on Thursday evening on the farm as well as on Saturday morning. At a time when supply tensions are being felt in supermarkets, our producers confirm it, with us in Franche Comté at the moment everything is available: oil, flour, no shortage thanks to the short circuit !
