(Montreal) A vehicle that matches that of the suspect involved in the Rockland Center shooting has been located in Mount Royal.

Earlier Wednesday, the Montreal Police Department located an abandoned car on Canora Road, near Franklin Avenue, in Mount Royal. According to the SPVM, the car found corresponds to the type of vehicle of the suspect involved in the homicide which occurred Tuesday afternoon at the Rockland shopping center.
A 44-year-old man was shot in the mall’s outdoor parking lot around 1 p.m. Tuesday. According to the sources of The Pressthe man reportedly succumbed to his injuries later that day.
The vehicle in question was sent to the investigation center.
