Sherbrooke: beaten and threatened with the saw of serial killers

Three men were arrested in Sherbrooke after setting a trap for one of their friends and then giving him a severe beating, in addition to threatening him with a saw which killers generally use to cut up the corpses of their victims.

The attack, the details of which send shivers down your spine, took place during the night from Saturday to Sunday, in an apartment building in Sherbrooke.

A man first went to the home of two acquaintances, without realizing that he was about to be ambushed.

Accompanied by the two men, the victim went to the home of an individual, who greeted them with a reciprocating saw (hacksaw), a type of tool often used by serial killers to dismember the bodies of their victims.

The man understood at that moment that he had just fallen into a trap: he was then severely beaten and suffered various physical abuse which was not specified by the authorities.

The victim managed to flee and it was only Wednesday evening, several days after the attack, that she decided to contact the police to report the event.

Rapid intervention by police officers led to the arrest of three individuals Thursday morning in Sherbrooke.

The suspects, aged 23, 27 and 37, were expected to appear Thursday afternoon or Friday morning on charges of assault with a weapon, assault causing harm, death threats and false imprisonment.

The three men are known to police circles.

According to our information, the motive for this violent attack could be linked to the world of drugs.

However, the event would have no connection with the series of beatings, kidnappings and torture sessions carried out by the Blood Family Mafia (BFM) of Dave “Pic” Turmel in the Quebec region for several weeks, as part of the war between the group of independent traffickers and the Hells Angels.
