It’s not over until it’s over, as the saying goes, and it’s even more true in the M6 show, “Love is in the meadow“. This week, Jean-Paul, the cereal farmer from Île de France in this 18th season may ultimately not leave empty-handed! This is what we learned on November 20, 2023, while regular viewers of the show of dating attentively followed the arrival of Florence, at the farmer’s house.
“She really doesn’t hold grudges.”
He had previously been “dazzled”
by Maria and Christelle, two other suitors whose candidacy he had accepted at the start of the adventure. And Jean-Paul had finally chosen the first, with at the end of the experience, a rather chaotic breakup… Fortunately, to bounce back, the hardened bachelor was able to find Florence at the end of the road, who agreed to come and see if they could have a history together.
And Jean-Paul did things well, by welcoming his suitor into his home. For his part, he gave her an orchid, while she brought him in her suitcase, a 3D frame that she made herself, and in which we recognized Jean-Paul’s dog.
“Florence, I find her very cheerful, and she really doesn’t hold grudges. I’m very happy that she agreed to come” said Jean-Paul for his part. And Florence declared for her part “Jean-Paul, he has charm, he’s funny, he’s nice, he seems cool, I don’t regret coming, no, not at all”.
Together or not?
As revealed by Karine Le Marchand in voice-over, the reunion between Jean-Paul and his former suitor went so well that they even saw each other again before exchanging a kiss. But will the couple stand the test of time? To be continued…
