(Laval) The Laval police believe that a nursing assistant from a CHSLD in the city, who was arrested for alleged sexual crimes, may have had other victims and they are asking them to come forward.
Investigators from the Sexual Crimes Squad of the Laval Police Department (SPL) arrested Abdeslam El Asri on March 28. The 55-year-old man is suspected of having committed several sexual assaults against employees at his workplace.
The police specify that the facts of which he is accused took place between October and February last.
On July 10, Abdeslam El Asri appeared in court on three counts of sexual assault. He was released with conditions.
His case will return to court on September 27.
