The 41-year-old woman was arrested on September 27. She appeared at the Montreal courthouse the next day and faces a charge of sexual assault.

She was released on September 30. She then undertook to respect conditions aimed at the protection of the public, as well as that of the victim.

As she was in contact with many people in the course of her work, SPVM investigators believe that she could have reoffended.

The SPVM invites anyone who has been a victim or witness to reprehensible acts of a sexual nature committed by the accused to contact the investigators of the Sexual Assault Section directly at 514 280-8502 or to go to their neighborhood station.

Anyone wishing to share information can do so anonymously and confidentially, by contacting Info-Crime Montreal at 514 393-1133 or via the reporting form available on the infocrimemontreal.ca website.
