These new steps, which cover events over three decades, bring to nine the number of plaintiffs against the fallen humor mogul.

Martine Roy claims to have been sexually assaulted and then raped by her former brother-in-law, respectively in 1993 and 1995, according to documents filed at the Montreal courthouse.

Guylaine Courcelles, former assistant to the logistics manager of the Just for Laughs Festival, claims that she was sexually assaulted by Mr. Rozon when she was 22, in 1987.

The third plaintiff, Marylena Sicari, says she was sexually assaulted and harassed “on countless occasions” by the former producer while working for Les Films Rozon and Les Productions Rozon, from 1988 to 2004.

More details to come.
