(New York) A new complaint for sexual assault and sexual exploitation has been filed against American rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs by a former porn star, according to court documents made public Thursday.
Sean Combs is already the subject of several lawsuits in which alleged victims describe him as a violent sexual predator who used alcohol and drugs to obtain their submission.
In the latest complaint filed Wednesday, the rapper, known by his nickname P. Diddy, is accused of using actress Adria English “as a sexual pawn for the pleasure and financial benefit of others” at parties in the Hamptons, New York, and Florida, between 2004 and 2009.
The actress is asking for Combs to be sent to trial and for unspecified damages.
In total, nine complaints have been filed against the rapper since November 2023.
“Due to the numerous lawsuits filed against Combs for the same or similar acts, it is increasingly clear that the defendant engaged in acts far more sinister than previously believed, including physical abuse and human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation,” the complaint reads.
In a recently released video from 2016, the rapper is seen lashing out at his then-girlfriend, R&B singer “Cassie” Ventura.
In a complaint filed in November, she accused the rapper of a 2018 rape and of engaging in “violent” and “deviant” behavior over a decade, including forced sex with male prostitutes.
The case was settled “amicably” under a confidential agreement.
The American rapper has denied the accusations against him and his lawyer did not immediately respond to a request for comment from AFP.
