Court documents show billionaire businessman Frank Stronach is accused of sexually assaulting seven other people from 1977 until last February.
The documents filed Friday provide additional information about eight new charges recently filed by police against Mr. Stronach. The 91-year-old was initially arrested in early June on five charges involving three different complainants.
The documents indicate that Mr. Stronach is accused of attempting to have sexual relations with a woman without her consent and of indecent assault between June 1977 and January 1978.
The founder of auto parts giant Magna is also accused of sexually assaulting six other people in incidents that allegedly occurred in the 1980s, 1990s, early 2000s and this year.
The charges previously brought against Stronach relate to allegations dating from the 1980s to 2023.
His lawyer, Brian Greenspan, said his client denies all the allegations against him.
