(Longueuil) The Longueuil police ask anyone who has been the victim of a repeat offender of sexual crimes, Rishaun Ramsahai, to contact them.
The Longueuil Agglomeration Police Department (SPAL) says it has been informed that Rishaun Ramsahai has claimed at least four victims with whom she is currently in contact; three of them are minors.
The individual is currently detained and must return to court at the Longueuil courthouse.
A new police investigation was opened last October into Rishaun Ramsahai, shortly after his release from detention; the 25-year-old man was arrested again.
He faces 21 counts of luring, criminal harassment, uttering threats and various breaches of conditions.
Police report that Rishaun Ramsahai was using the Snapchat app to obtain nude photos.
Since several victims have been identified, the serial crime investigation management structure (GECS), coordinated by the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), has been deployed.
