A menu idea for the new year
Every day between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., we receive chefs from our region to help you find ideas for New Years Eve meals. We asked them to cook up a holiday meal for you, with starter, main course and dessert. All you have to do is listen to and test these recipes at home.
With Séverine and Christophe Fauquet from the Restaurant O Pi d’la Voye in Nohan sur Semoy, in the Ardennes. It is an atypical place where you can have a coffee, nibble on salty and sweet, eat a cold or hot toast or even drink a soup.
New Year’s Eve menu of the Restaurant O Pi d’la Voye :
As a starter, a velouté of endive and crouton rubbed with garlic with crisps of ham nuts.
As a main course, the wild boar nut toast with applesauce and goat cheese.
For dessert, a chestnut roll with chestnut shortbread.
