Several towns in the Alpes-Maritimes and Var plunged into darkness due to a giant power cut

An evening by candlelight in perspective. A power cut plunges several neighborhoods in different towns in the Alpes-Maritimes and Var into darkness on Wednesday October 11, RTE told franceinfo. “Our teams are mobilized to repair the breakdown which is linked to a technical incident on our network which led to an overload and therefore outages”says the French network manager.
