A man who was traveling electric scooter was hit this Monday evening in the borough of Lachine in Montreal.
The accident took place shortly before 7 p.m. at the intersection of Provost Street and 25th Avenue in Lachine.
The driver of the car, a 40-year-old woman, collided with the 55-year-old man who was riding on the electrical device.

“The man has serious injuries to his upper body, he was transported by emergency health,” explains Jeanne Drouin, spokesperson for the SPVM.
The driver, for her part, was met by the police.
According to the first information provided by the SPVM, she was “probably traveling on Provost Street” and the impact occurred as she turned towards 25th Avenue.
