To discover the other side of the plate, the new documentary series Meanwhile in the kitchenoffered since March 10 on Prime Video, Amazon’s platform, immerses us in the kitchens and management of six renowned Quebec brands.

Thus, it will be possible to observe the various challenges facing chefs Antonin Mousseau-Rivard (Le Mousso), Simon Mathys (Mastard), Alex Cohen and Raegan Steinberg (Arthurs), Maria-José and Zoya de Frias (Le Virunga) , Kim Côté and Perle Morency (East Side) and Mike Lafaille (Kwizinn).
