He intends to achieve the last success he is missing in his career. Novak Djokovic confirmed his participation in the Paris 2024 Games on Tuesday June 18, as announced by the Serbian Olympic Committee. Hit in the right knee during his victory in the round of 16 against Francisco Cerundolo on June 3 and operated on immediately, “Nole” was forced to withdraw from the end of Roland-Garros and Wimbledon.

The world number 3, bronze medalist in Beijing in 2008, should therefore return to the clay court of Auteuil, where he will perhaps cross paths with Rafael Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz. His compatriot Dusan Lajovic, currently 56th in the ATP, will also be lined up, specifies the press release from the Serbian committee. The Olympic tournament will be held from July 27 to August 4.
