For three months, the director of the nursing home St-Joseph officiated with a certificate purchased through a large fake network. She was denounced by one of the nurses at the establishment.

It was through the press that relatives of nursing home residents learned the news. The director of the St-Joseph establishment, in Seine-et-Marne, has just been fired and placed under judicial supervision for having used a fake health pass for nearly three months. “I communicated with the director through the delegates, saying ‘we will find a solution’. The only answer I got was dismissal for gross negligence “, deplores the nurse coordinator, who discovered the fraud and raised the alert at the beginning of October.

For his part, Pierre Bacqué, chairman of the board of directors of the nursing home St-Joseph, first preferred to trust its director, who has been employed for seventeen years. The nurse then decided to report the case to the nearby gendarmerie. The investigator traced back to a vast traffic in false vaccination certificates. According to the lawyer for the former director, she acted out of fear of the vaccine and fear of losing her job. She is now banned from practicing any medical profession.
