#Seggs: inclusive sexuality education

Two sexologists have given themselves the mission of demystifying the sexuality of adolescents in general, and adolescents of diversity in particular, in a dynamic, complicit and above all uninhibited podcast series: Seggs* (sex, in internet jargon).

If there is a parent or teacher in the room, this is a great tool to approach the subject, focusing above all on inclusion, and in a good mood to boot.

In eight episodes, Julie Lemay and Estelle Cazelais promise to cast a very wide net, from stereotypes to pleasure, including friendship, identity, orientation and affirmation.

The first episode, online since this week, deals with sexuality in general, in particular heteronormative preconceived ideas: “losing” one’s virginity, “foreplay”? We will understand here that words are often completely wrong.

The podcast series is an initiative of the organization Les 3 sex*, funded by the Office for the Fight against Homophobia and Transphobia of Quebec. Episodes will stream weekly through March 25 on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Google Podcasts.
