The government presented its roadmap on Thursday October 26 in response to the urban riots of last June. These mainly concern the security aspect and in particular young perpetrators of delinquency. “We can envisage supervision of young delinquents by soldiers who will be able to transmit values of discipline and surpassing oneself”commented the Prime Minister.
Three additional measures
In addition, the government announces the creation of a fund of 100 million euros for reconstruction, the increase in fines targeting minors for violation of the curfew from 150 to 750 euros as well as the strengthening of the powers of municipal police .
