Under the guidance of Nicolas Pommarès, professor of Modern Literature, 4th graders from the Pierre Blanquie middle school in Villeneuve de Marsan were able to discover throughout the school year how different media work in the Landes department.
France Bleu Gascogne accompanied these budding reporters throughout the year by introducing them to the radio and digital professions but also good practices for recognizing information and choosing the most reliable news sources.
As part of this partnership, the “Arte Flamenco” Festival, also very committed to young people, wanted to join in this process and therefore offered middle school students the opportunity to produce a podcast every day from behind the scenes of the festival.
The young reporters were thus able to extend their microphone to many actors of Arte Flamenco 2022 before going to the studios of France Bleu Gascogne in order to carry out the editing and production of their podcast with the help of a senior technician from the sound from France Bleu: Julien Grenaut.
Five podcasts have thus been produced by secondary school students from Villeneuve de Marsan. You can find them below:
1- Elise, Chloé, Gabriel, Lorenzo, Jérémy, Iban reveal to us the secrets of the organization of the festival with in particular Sandrine Rabassa, artistic director of Arte Flamenco.
2- The central role of volunteers in the festival presented by Pierre, Linon, Candice, William, Jules and Bastien.
